Homework for Mar. 7 - 11

Homework for the Week of March 7th-11th                    *Please look over what to do with your word study words each night* Read 10 minutes each night and record it on your reading calendar. Also make sure to review the following vocab. words each night: were, four, funny, long, & watch

Monday LA: Write six short riddles using these words: count, four, funny, long, watch, & were. Example: I have four fingers and one thumb. What am I? (hand). Underline the word you used and be sure to answer your riddle. Math Worksheet – review sheet provided

Tuesday LA: Read a story. Write the title. Underline the title! Write sentences to describe the beginning, middle, and end of the story. Math Worksheet 7.1  This home link will be provided.  Look in the homework section of your STAR notebook.  See the assignment here.

Wednesday LA: Write four different sentences using is, are, was, & were with an –ing verb. Example: He is running down the street. Underline the verbs. Math Homework 7.2 For this home link, write your answers in your homework notebook.  See the assignment here.
